Our story
We have been in production in Pune since 2014. Much of our work connects bank ATMs, branches, stores and industrial sites where wired links are slow or missing. That shaped what you get: cellular-first routers, zero-touch rollout at thousands of sites, and central control from India.
Milestones:
- 2014: in production, from Pune.
- 2021: named a Notable Vendor in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for WAN Edge Infrastructure, APAC.
- 2,500 ATM sites moved from VSAT to dual-LTE with day-1 zero-touch provisioning.
- Nexapp SSE/ZTNA launched.

Designed and built in India
We engineer our hardware, firmware and software in India and run our operations from Pune. We design the Instaroute 4G and 5G routers ourselves.

Is Nexapp a manufacturer, or does it rebrand someone else's boxes?
A manufacturer. We engineer the Instaroute routers, the NexappOS firmware that runs on them and the Nexapp Controller that manages them, in India.
That is why one team can fix a problem at any layer, under one SLA.
Why would a bank or large enterprise choose a Pune company?
